Joined Augusta Coating and Manufacturing in July 2017, bringing 35 years of experience in sales and management. Prior to joining ACM, Rob was a Senior Regional Sales Manager with PPG Industries, a global supplier of paints, coatings, specialty materials and fiberglass. He has previous leadership roles in the food, beverage, chemical, healthcare, architectural and construction industries. An Atlanta native, Rob holds a B.S. in Business Management from Georgia Southern University.

She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and safety. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of South Carolina and a certificate in Environmental Compliance Management from Georgia Tech. She has credentials as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP). She also holds a Dale Carnegie certificate in Effective Communication.

She has more than three decades of expertise in accounting. She oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, handles journal entry preparation, conducts general ledger reconciliations, and compiles monthly financial statements. She has previous experience as the Accounting Manager at Interactive Offices Worldwide, a global entity, overseeing all financial operations within the United States.
